Our published rates
Erection and dismantling is priced on the size of the scaffold rather than an hourly rate, so it is quoted as one figure. Everything above excludes GST.
Why we publish these. Chasing a scaffold price should not take a week. Our rates are the same whoever asks, and you can check our arithmetic.
What this is and is not
This is an estimate, not a quotation. Where the dimensions above have been entered correctly, we aim to bring the fixed price in within 10% of this figure once you send us drawings and we have looked at the site. It is generated from what you typed, so it is only as good as those numbers.
It assumes clear and level ground, unobstructed access, standard modular scaffold and normal working hours. Ground conditions, obstructions, staged handovers, permits, night work, heritage restrictions and anything hung, cantilevered or loaded will move it. Industrial and refinery work is not priced here, so call us for that.
