A new retail fit-out for fashion retailer Paparazzi in the Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre, Surfers Paradise, delivered to a trading date set by centre management.
Centre management came to us with an approved design, an existing quote from another contractor, and a tenancy sitting empty. Every week it stayed empty was a week the centre and the tenant were both losing.
We priced it against the incumbent quote and won the job on price and programme. The owner, Nathan Arden, needed a finished store. The centre needed it handed over clean, certified, and without disruption to the tenancies either side of it.
The paperwork is the part that trips most fit-outs up. A store cannot open until the certifier is satisfied, so we treat the forms as part of the job rather than something chased afterwards.

The tenancy went from an approved drawing to a trading store, with the compliance documentation in the certifier's hands rather than on a list of things still to come.
Quoting is free. You get one fixed written price before any work begins, and anything found once we open up the work is priced in writing for your approval first.
