A full roof waterproofing system over a landmark clock tower building in the Toowoomba CBD, with engineered scaffold access to the tower and remedial works to the ceiling of the tenancy below.
The building is a well-known part of the Toowoomba CBD streetscape, with a clock tower rising above a large low-pitch metal roof and tenancies operating underneath.
The roof needed a full waterproofing system rather than patch repairs, the tower needed safe access built before anyone could work on it, and the ceiling below had to be made good. None of it could interrupt the tenants below.

The roof was delivered as a complete, warranted system rather than a repair, and the client had a written record of every day of it.
